Inter-Campus Transfer is a free service the PNW Library provide to all students, faculty, and staff. If you need material from either campus, instead of driving or taking the bus, you can request the library materials from any computer and we will take care of the rest.
Search through our extensive catalog for any item the PNW Libraries physically own, click on “Sign in for more options,” sign in with your career account, then click request. This is a nice tool to use because you can request a book that is currently in use and have the option to be next in line to check it out! Shipping usually takes 4-5 days. Once the item arrives to the campus you chose, you will be notified by email of the items availability. Items are kept at the Circulation Desk and may be picked up at your convenience.
If the item are not picked up after 7 days, they will be shipped back to their home Library. Check out times for library materials follow the same guidelines no matter which PNW campus you attend. Items that are non-circulating, such as reserve and reference items, unfortunately cannot be loaned. Please see the Inter-Campus Transfer LibGuides for instruction and other information.
